As a Junior Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims in the city of Nakuru, Kenya. You will work closely with senior adjusters to gather information, review policies and determine coverage. Your primary focus will be on property damage claims but you may also handle liability or casualty claims. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle difficult situations with clients in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from all parties involved
- Review policies and determine coverage based on policy terms
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather evidence
- Document findings and prepare accurate reports for senior adjusters
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with clients
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs or replacement of damaged property
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their claims
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
