Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing training to users.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. You should also have good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients of various technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computer systems
- Install and configure computer equipment and software
- Maintain network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Provide training to users on new systems or software
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
