Architecture Manager

Our growing architecture firm in St. Petersburg is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English proficiency, as we work with international clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical details
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
