We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Acre, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, local attractions, and restaurants
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure they are fulfilled
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments for services requested by guests
- Provide suggestions for activities or excursions based on guests' interests
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance their experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
