Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at a luxury hotel in the historic city of Acre. You will assist the Concierge in managing guest requests and inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options. This is a seasonal position, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a friendly demeanor and provide them with information about the hotel
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests in a timely manner, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and providing general information about the city
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep track of daily tasks and complete them in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required
(training will be provided)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and dining options is preferred
(knowledge of Acre specifically is a plus)
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
(this job may require standing for extended periods)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Israel

Salary: $1300 per month.
