Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English language or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English language tutor
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and adaptable teaching style
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and proficiency levels
