Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals and delegate tasks accordingly

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and software systems
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens

Salary:
