We are hiring a part-time Teamlead to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a small team of employees. This is a part-time position, with the option for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a small team of employees
- Create work schedules and delegate tasks to team members
- Train and mentor new team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team
- Communicate effectively with upper management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of team management software is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese language skills preferred)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings.

Compensation:
We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for candidates who require it.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Funchal.
