Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create preliminary designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Develop detailed construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Address any issues or changes that may arise during the construction phase
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail

Salary: $900 per month (without accommodation)

Location: This position is based in Alta, Norway. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
