Commercial Architect



A reputable architectural firm in Alta is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to review progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
