Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create architectural designs for various projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and standards
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Participate in site visits to gather information for design development
- Monitor project progress and make necessary modifications to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural designer in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Moscow.

Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with African or Kenyan clients. English fluency is also preferred. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
