Hotel Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and increasing bookings for our hotel in Multan, Pakistan. Your main goal will be to attract and retain clients by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract potential customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative sales strategies
- Manage the sales team and provide necessary training to improve their performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
