We are currently hiring for the position of Hotel Sales Manager for a luxury hotel in Multan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract more business and meet revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and discuss challenges
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with the revenue management team to maximize profitability
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving overall business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed
