We are hiring an experienced English Teacher to join our team at a reputable language institute in El-Ain. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels. You should have a passion for teaching and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different learners.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the institute's curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching methods
- Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the institute
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or diploma in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Fluency in English (native-level proficiency preferred)
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300/month (tax-free)

This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian or African candidates. Biometric passport is required for visa purposes.
