Crane Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes, preferably in a construction or industrial setting. The primary responsibility of the Crane Operator will be to safely and efficiently operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites or in warehouses. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Freshers with the necessary qualifications and certifications are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Interpret and follow instructions from supervisors or signalers for lifting operations
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew during lifting operations
- Rig loads properly using slings, cables, chains, or other rigging equipment
- Monitor crane operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe lifting
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and any incidents or maintenance issues
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of crane operation techniques, safety procedures, and rigging methods
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or lift plans
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors or signalers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating cranes in the oil & gas industry is highly desirable
- Prior experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Al-Kuwait
- Basic knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
