Loader Supervisor



We are in need of a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and ensure the efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Coordinate with truck drivers to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize storage areas for efficient loading.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including basic inventory management.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa in Pakistan or are willing to obtain one. This position is also suitable for students looking for part-time work.
