Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of couriers in the city of Plovdiv. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in both English and Nepali languages.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Assign routes and schedules to couriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with clients to resolve any delivery-related issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and invoices
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Nepali languages
- Previous experience in courier or logistics industry preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using technology such as GPS systems and electronic signature devices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be physically fit as this role may require heavy lifting

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the city.

Visa & Accommodation:
This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship provided by the company. However, accommodation will not be provided.
