Equipment Operator (Indian Nationals)



We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating heavy equipment and possess a valid operator's license. This is a contract position with the potential for extension. Indian Nationals with English proficiency and valid work visa are preferred. Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Keep accurate records of daily operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator
- Valid operator's license
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
- Physically fit to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English

Additional Skills (preferred):
- Experience operating specialized equipment such as cranes or forklifts
- Technical knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics
