Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Siauliai, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for managing a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members, scheduling shifts and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You should also have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and be able to develop effective strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and manage staff members to provide exceptional service
- Develop and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Create work schedules for employees
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
