Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Siauliai, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain budgets and financial reports
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Work closely with the chef to create menus and specials that showcase the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural traditions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English with knowledge of other languages being a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in Lithuania
