Architectural Technologist - Los Angeles
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed plans and drawings for construction projects, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical tools. This individual should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with project management and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with other team members, including architects and engineers, to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations at all stages of the project
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve processes and increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Los Angeles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Salary: $1500 per month
This is a full-time position, but part-time opportunities may be available. This job does not include accommodation, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. We also offer free visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
