Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in El-Ain


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require knowledge of English. We welcome applicants without any prior experience and those with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other regional Indian language.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
