Moderator (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Mauren. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, ensuring that they adhere to our company's guidelines and policies. Your role will involve working closely with the community to foster a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content on our online platform
- Enforce company policies and guidelines regarding appropriate language and behavior
- Respond to user complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with the community by participating in discussions and addressing feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for moderation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content moderation or community management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and professionalism

Salary:
As an Indian national, you will receive a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. In addition, we offer accommodation as part of the employment package.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. However, flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
