The City Public Library in Faisalabad is seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and implementing educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain library collections by selecting appropriate materials, cataloging, and weeding out outdated materials
- Assist patrons with research inquiries and provide reference services
- Plan and conduct educational programs for library users of all ages
- Maintain an organized and welcoming library environment
- Oversee circulation of materials including checking items in/out, collecting fines, and maintaining accurate records
- Train other staff members on library procedures and assist with their development as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a library or similar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of library systems, databases, and information resources
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month without accommodation.
