Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and ensuring the security of our systems and networks. Your main tasks will include conducting security audits, identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and protocols, as well as experience with various security tools and technologies. You should also be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Configure and maintain security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in information security and proactively recommend improvements to our current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security or a related role
- Strong knowledge of information security protocols (e.g. SSL/TLS), authentication methods (e.g. biometric), firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. GDPR)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable)

Location: Utena, Lithuania

Preference will be given to Malayalees
