Handyman Technician

We are a property management company based in Funchal, seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team on a contract basis. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in various handyman tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. This position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken appliances
- Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Complete carpentry projects, including building shelves or repairing furniture
- Inspect and repair drywall, paint walls, and perform other general handyman duties
- Maintain and repair outdoor spaces such as gardens and patios
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various hand tools and equipment used in handyman work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Salary: 900$ per month.
