We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Funchal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$. Previous experience in handyman work is required, along with the ability to work without accommodation and hold your own visa. Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on properties
- Fix plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs
- Repair or replace electrical fixtures and appliances
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Install or repair flooring, tiles, and other materials
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, etc.
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Own visa or the ability to obtain one
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina for performing manual labor
