Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, Nepal. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Maintain computer systems by performing regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on new software or hardware
- Research and recommend new tools or technologies to improve system efficiency
- Communicate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C++ is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, Nepal (candidates from other nationalities are welcome)

Working Hours: Full-time
