IT Support Specialist



We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, India. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using computer systems, software, and hardware. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as setting up and maintaining computer equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance on computer equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or repairs
- Keep records of all technical issues and resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
