IT Support Specialist
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in the Shan area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and networks, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$
