Formwork Supervisor


We are seeking a highly experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team in Mauren. As a Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of formwork structures and ensuring that they meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the construction of formwork structures according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed within set deadlines
- Inspect formwork for quality and safety, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Train and supervise a team of formworkers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and equipment on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker or Formwork Supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Mauren. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for ease of travel.
