Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Porto. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events, such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, and we offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Prior experience in floral design is required, but we also welcome freshers who are passionate about flowers and willing to learn. If you have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, we would love to have you on our team.

As a Floral Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Designing and creating floral arrangements based on client requirements
- Ordering flowers and supplies from vendors
- Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the freshness of flowers
- Setting up and decorating event venues with floral designs
- Collaborating with event planners or other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in floriculture or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in floral design; portfolio or sample work may be requested during the interview process
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and care techniques
- Strong sense of color coordination and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills; ability to understand client needs and translate them into stunning floral arrangements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in outdoor conditions if needed
