We are in need of a skilled Gardener to maintain and beautify our outdoor spaces in Os. As our Gardener, you will be responsible for planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing various plants and trees to ensure their health and growth. You will also be tasked with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our gardens and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, planning, and implementing garden layouts
- Planting new trees, flowers, shrubs, and other greenery
- Pruning branches, removing dead plants, and controlling weeds
- Watering plants as needed to maintain proper moisture levels
- Applying fertilizers or pesticides as necessary for plant health
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing, trimming, and edging
- Cleaning up leaves or debris from garden beds or pathways
- Collaborating with other staff members on garden maintenance projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and equipment usage
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture or related field (not a strict requirement)
- Knowledge of local plant species and climate conditions in Os (not a strict requirement)
