Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing support to our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Proven work experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
