Nurse Supervisor


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our medical team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage employee schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Nationality preferred but not required (open to all nationalities)
- Experience working in Al-Malikiyah or surrounding areas

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
