Indian Restaurant Manager in Vilnius


We are looking for an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while meeting business goals and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs effectively
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in Vilnius but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the job requirements.
