Job Title: Carpenter Technician


We are a renowned construction company based in Os, seeking an experienced Carpenter Technician to join our team. As a Carpenter Technician, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. You will work closely with our team of architects and contractors to ensure that projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to project specifications
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair damaged structures or fixtures using hand or power tools
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Carpenter Technician
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools such as saws, chisels, drills, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Certification in Carpentry or related field
- Experience working on construction sites
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
