Job Title: Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Faro. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on the history and architecture of historical buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to develop restoration strategies
- Overseeing the restoration process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conducting regular on-site inspections and providing guidance to construction teams
- Maintaining detailed records of all work done on historical buildings and structures
- Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance and preservation efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for historical preservation projects
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
