Machine Operator

We are searching for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Your duties will include monitoring machines for any issues, adjusting settings as needed, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar position. You must also have strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently. A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols are also essential. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available. This position is suitable for men from any nationality.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working order
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong technical skills and the ability to understand complex machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
