Commercial Architect - Jerusalem


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Jerusalem. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. Your job will also involve managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for commercial buildings that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being executed correctly and deadlines are being met
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions as needed
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Jerusalem (Preference for Indian candidates or those with English-speaking capabilities)
