Architecture Manager - Shan, India

We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural projects in our company. You will work closely with the design team and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Review and approve all architectural designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of architecture with other elements of a project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on commercial and residential projects is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
