Architecture Manager vacancy in Shan Liechtenstein

Architecture Manager
Location: Shan, Egypt or Canada (preference for Egyptian or Canadian candidates)
Salary: $1600 per month


As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout the design and construction process
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop project proposals, including timelines, cost estimates, and resources needed
- Monitor project progress to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or feedback they may have
- Ensure that all projects adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred
