We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and delivery processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, and maintaining quality control standards. You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
- Monitor delivery schedules, routes, and performance of couriers
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other related data
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall delivery processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Courier Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of courier operations and delivery processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in using computer software for tracking deliveries (e.g. GPS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed
- Must be physically fit to handle packages up to 50 lbs.
