We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Preferences:
- Experience working on sustainable or environmentally-friendly projects
- Fluency in Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages
