We are seeking a reliable and caring Babysitter to join our family in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing safe and nurturing care for our children while we are away. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for our children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play
- Read books and help with homework
- Supervise playdates and outings to the park or other activities
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to parents
- Keep the house tidy by cleaning up after the children's activities

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport or valid work permit for Lithuania
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
- Must have basic first aid knowledge or be willing to undergo training
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple children at once
- Must have a positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
