Architectural Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Manager to join our team in Balzers, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main responsibilities will include managing project budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design, development, and construction
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
