Junior Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will assist the senior management team in overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian candidate who is looking to start their career in architecture without prior experience or the need for English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project proposals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop design concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review project documents, such as blueprints and specifications, for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor construction progress and provide support to contractors on-site.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is not required).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Prior experience is not required but would be considered an asset.

Salary: 900$ per month
