Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for new construction projects
- Review and approve construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process, including coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, building codes, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
