Architectural Design Intern
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architectural Design Intern to join our dynamic team in Svalbard. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects in collaboration with experienced architects and designers. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited architecture program
- Strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating design concepts and developing detailed plans using computer software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainability practices for projects in Svalbard
- Collaborate with architects and designers to provide support on ongoing projects
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients when necessary
- Participate in team meetings to present ideas and receive feedback

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of architectural design.
