As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Khanpur. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all necessary codes and regulations. Your expertise in commercial architecture will be vital in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of businesses and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, blueprints, and material specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are properly executed and meet all building codes
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes/regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
